See "that no one leads you astray" from this way of the teaching, since such a one's teaching is godless. If you can bear the Lord's full yoke, you will be perfect. But if you cannot, then do what you can. Now about food: undertake what you can. But keep strictly away from what is offered to idols, for that implies worshiping dead gods.
